Over the course of the challenge, learners apply four of the eight essential skills up to Step 1 as they consider: How can we make it better for everyone? They apply Listening and Speaking to decide on a set of policies to make their community better. Then they apply Planning and Adapting to persuade other peers to vote for their ideas, in an exciting election.
