What happens if I've forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password click 'Log in' and 'Forgot your password?' Enter your email address and you will shortly receive a link to reset your password.

Please note:

• your email should match an existing account at our end
• the automated email will come from hello@skillsbuilder.org - this sometimes lands in spam/junk or can be quarantined depending on your setting. If that's the case, your IT department will be best placed to help.

Please note this password reset method does not apply to accounts created via single sign-on (SSO). To log in with SSO, please use your Microsoft or Google password, which your IT department should be able to help with.
